Job summary

The Maintenance Technician role oversees maintenance processes across the property, including corrective, preventative, and cosmetic tasks, under supervision of the Maintenance Supervisor and Community Manager.

Responsibilities include on-site attendance, completing work orders promptly, pool and grounds upkeep, safety compliance, and participation

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly.
• Assist with maintenance of community common areas, buildings, and units.
• Assist with the schedule and performance of maintenance/repair related make-ready events.
• Perform daily exterior maintenance and pool maintenance with chemical logs.
• Monitor safety and ensure OSHA guidelines are followed.
• Maintain organized maintenance shop and inventory as requested.
