Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Avignon Townhomes in the United States. You will perform resident service requests and preventative maintenance to keep units and common areas in excellent condition.

Role requires hands-on skills with tools, basic carpentry and plumbing, and reliable communication. Competitive housing discounts and a robust benefits package accompany a structured maintenance program.

Qualifications

• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Previous experience with painting, entry level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress.
• Excellent communication skills: ability to read, write and communicate effectively.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
• Prepare apartments for new move ins by completing “make-ready” process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and other duties.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment.
• Follow safety and risk-management policies.
