Job summary

Greystar’s Avignon Townhomes in Redmond, WA seeks a Service Technician 3 to join a high-performing team dedicated to safety, cleanliness and excellent resident service.

You will perform routine maintenance, make-ready tasks for vacant homes, and coordinate with vendors while upholding Greystar’s standards and safety policies. A strong focus on tools, carpentry and appliance repair is preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe use and maintenance of hand tools and power tools.
• Experience with painting, basic carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing is preferred.
• Excellent reading, writing and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner, including appliance repairs.
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins by completing the make-ready process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and other duties as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections for equipment.
