Job summary

Qualifications

• 1-2 years of maintenance experience.
• Experience working with 100+ units preferred.
• Proficiency with HappyCo, Make Ready's, and Work orders.

Responsibilities

• Complete assigned work orders and preventative maintenance.
• Finish make-ready tasks for vacant units and create punch lists.
• Manage materials and inventory, coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking.
