Greystar seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to ensure property upkeep and safety across Greystar communities. Qualifications
EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
State/local certifications as required; valid driver’s license may be required.
Experience with maintenance, painting, carpentry, appliance repair, and plumbing is preferred.
Responsibilities
Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
Prepare apartments for new move-ins by completing make-ready process.
Maintain exterior buildings and parking areas for cleanliness and safety.
Assist with vendor management and other duties as needed.
Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.
Support cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts where feasible.
