Job summary

Greystar seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to ensure property upkeep and safety across Greystar communities. The role involves completing service requests, making-ready vacant units, maintaining common areas, and coordinating with vendors. Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• State/local certifications as required; valid driver’s license may be required.
• Experience with maintenance, painting, carpentry, appliance repair, and plumbing is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins by completing make-ready process.
• Maintain exterior buildings and parking areas for cleanliness and safety.
• Assist with vendor management and other duties as needed.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.
• Support cost-cutting by repairing rather than replacing parts where feasible.
