Avignon Townhomes in Redmond, WA, seeks an experienced Senior Maintenance Technician to ensure that buildings, grounds, and amenities meet Greystar’s standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality. You will perform preventative maintenance and repairs on appliances, systems, and equipment.

You will also handle make-ready projects, coordinate with vendors, and maintain exterior areas. Strong painting, carpentry, and basic plumbing skills plus solid communications are required.

Qualifications

• Experience with maintenance and repairs in residential properties.
• Strong communication and professionalism in interacting with residents and team.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize service requests.
