Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical tasks ensuring buildings and common areas meet safety and quality standards. The role includes on-site work, on-call rotation, and coordinating with vendors to complete make-ready and preventive maintenance across a 360-unit property.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, maintaining documentation, managing inventory, and supporting cost-control initiatives while adhering to safety policies

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant recycling certifications required (Type 1 & II or Universal).
• State and local certifications required for all service technicians.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf cart on property if applicable.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and codes.
• Execute make-ready process for vacant units including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Track materials, restock supplies, and notify supervisor about re-orders.
• Document service requests accurately for tracking and reporting.
• Help maintain grounds and common areas; perform cleaning and painting tasks as needed.
• Contribute to cost-control by repairing instead of replacing parts where feasible.
