Job summary

Greystar is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Avignon Townhomes in Redmond. You will perform repairs, upkeep of units and common areas, and handle resident service requests to ensure safety and quality standards.

The role includes making apartments ready for new residents and coordinating with vendors as needed. Ideal candidates have hands-on experience with tools, painting, and basic carpentry, plus strong customer service and teamwork.

Qualifications

• Experience with hand and power tools and mechanical equipment.
• Ability to perform basic painting, carpentry, appliance repair tasks.
• Professionalism in appearance and communication; teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Complete work orders from resident requests and perform preventative maintenance.
• Prepare apartments for leasing, including make-ready and punch list tasks.
• Manage materials, inventory, and coordinate with vendors when needed.
• Document work and ensure safety and code compliance.
• Maintain grounds, common areas, and assist with facility upkeep.
