Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support an affordable housing community in Oxnard, CA. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance, including make-ready tasks under supervision.

Responsibilities include community maintenance, on-site repairs, pool care, and safety compliance. Requires a high school diploma, basic computer skills, and knowledge of housing laws and OSHA standards.

Qualifications

• On-site software functions require basic computer skills.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.
• Ability to perform duties with safety and compliance across the property.

Responsibilities

• Assist in community maintenance and respond to work orders promptly.
• Perform routine, preventive, corrective, and cosmetic maintenance.
• Maintain pools, grounds, and common areas and ensure safety standards.
