Job summary

Asset Living is seeking a Maintenance Technician to support on-site maintenance at an affordable housing community. You will perform corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, ensuring resident safety and timely service requests.

The role requires a High School Diploma or equivalent, basic computer skills, and knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA. Expect on-call shifts, a focus on safety, and collaboration with the maintenance team and community

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or Equivalent.
• Ability to understand and perform all on-site software functions; basic computer skills required.
• Must have basic knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist in community maintenance for the property, including corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic tasks.
• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders promptly for common areas, buildings, and units.
• Assist with scheduling and performance of maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain the exterior of the community and pool; keep chemical logs up to date.
• Inspect grounds and buildings to identify hazards and ensure safety and compliance.
