P.B. Bell Property Management Company in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to keep apartments, buildings, and equipment in excellent working order.

The role includes preparing vacant units for new residents (make-readies), responding promptly to resident service requests, and participating in an on-call emergency maintenance rotation. Candidates should have basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems and general repairs, be able to lift tools and respond to

This position plays a key role in ensuring the community meets all safety, maintenance, and appearance standards.The Maintenance Technician is responsible for maintaining apartments, buildings, equipment, and amenities in excellent working condition.
