Job summary

P.B. Bell Property Management Company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our Scottsdale team. The role maintains apartments, buildings, equipment, and amenities to safety and curb appeal standards, and prepares units for new residents (turns).

You will respond promptly to resident service requests, participate in on-call maintenance rotations, and support a welcoming, responsive property experience with a strong focus on customer service and quality workmanship.

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and general repairs.
• Ability to respond to after-hours, weekend, and holiday service calls.
• Must have a complete set of tools and basic computer knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Maintain apartments, buildings, equipment, and amenities in good working order.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (make-readies/turns).
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
• Participate in on-call emergency maintenance rotation.
