The role includes preparing vacant units for new residents (make-readies), responding promptly to resident service requests, and participating in an on-call emergency maintenance rotation. Candidates should have basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems and general repairs, be able to lift tools and respond to

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems and general repairs.
• Ability to respond to after-hours service calls.
• Must have a complete set of tools.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Maintain apartments, buildings, equipment, and amenities in good working order.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (make-readies/turns).
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally.
