Job summary

P.B. Bell Property Management Company is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to join our Scottsdale-based team in Arizona.

You will maintain apartments, buildings, equipment, and amenities to meet safety, maintenance, and curb-appeal standards, and prepare vacant units for new residents. You will respond promptly to resident service requests and participate in on-call emergency maintenance rotations nights, weekends, and holidays, delivering exceptional customer service while upholding

Qualifications

• Basic knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, and electrical systems.
• General repairs experience.
• Own a complete set of tools.
• Basic computer knowledge and customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Perform maintenance tasks to ensure property safety and curb appeal.
• Maintain apartments, buildings, equipment, and amenities in good working order.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (make-readies/turns).
• Respond to resident service requests promptly and professionally; participate in on-call emergency maintenance rotation.
