P.B. Bell in Scottsdale, AZ is seeking an experienced Assistant Community Manager to join our team. This role supports the Community Manager in daily operations, marketing, and leasing to ensure occupancy goals while delivering excellent resident service.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication and leadership skills, be customer-focused, and able to manage multiple tasks with professional poise in a fast-paced environment. We offer competitive pay and comprehensive benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum six (6) months of Assistant Property Manager experience at an apartment community.
• Strong leasing and marketing experience required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
• Good computer skills required.
• Professional, respectful, and courteous demeanor at all times.
• Strong customer service orientation.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Community Manager with daily operations of the community.
• Support marketing and leasing efforts to achieve occupancy goals.
• Promote resident retention through excellent customer service.
• Assist with rent collection and site accounting functions.
• Prepare reports and complete administrative tasks.
• Process accounts payable and bank deposits.
• Post rent and maintain accurate financial records.
• Act on behalf of the Community Manager during absences.
• Maintain professional and positive resident relations.
• Work weekends as required.
