Job summary

P.B. Bell Property Management Company in Arizona is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to lead the maintenance team across communities.

You will ensure apartments, buildings, and amenities are safe, clean, and functional, and you will coordinate requests and propose proactive improvements. This role requires at least 3 years in apartment maintenance with supervisory experience, strong knowledge of plumbing, HVAC, electrical systems, and general repairs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Strong working knowledge of Plumbing, Air conditioning/HVAC, Electrical systems.
• General repairs and a complete set of tools are required.

Responsibilities

• Maintain apartments, buildings, equipment, and amenities in excellent condition.
• Complete and oversee service requests with exceptional customer service.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (make-readies/turns).
• Train, schedule, develop, and manage maintenance team members.
