P.B. Bell is seeking an experienced Community Manager to lead the on-site team and oversee daily operations at a multifamily community in Arizona.

You will hire, train, and supervise staff, drive occupancy, and ensure resident satisfaction while maintaining strong financial performance. The ideal candidate brings proven leadership, exceptional sales and customer service skills, and a passion for creating outstanding living experiences for residents.

Qualifikationen

• Previous Community Manager experience required.
• Excellent communication, organizational, leadership, and administrative skills.
• Experience with Yardi software preferred; must be tech-savvy.
• Strong sales ability with excellent closing ratios.
