Job summary

P.B. Bell Property Management Company in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a full-time Maintenance Supervisor to lead our on-site maintenance team and ensure apartments, buildings, and amenities meet the highest standards of safety, cleanliness, and curb appeal.

You will supervise and schedule technicians, coordinate make-readies for new residents, participate in on-call rotations, and uphold excellent customer service while managing repairs, HVAC, plumbing, and electrical systems across the community.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of apartment maintenance experience.
• Previous supervisory experience required.
• Strong working knowledge of Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical systems and general repairs.
• Must possess a complete set of tools.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Maintain apartments, buildings, equipment, and amenities in excellent condition.
• Complete and oversee service requests in a timely manner with exceptional customer service.
• Prepare vacant apartments for new residents (make-readies/turns).
• Train, schedule, develop, and manage maintenance team members.
• Set priorities and delegate tasks to meet property goals and resident satisfaction standards.
• Coordinate and schedule on-call rotations for evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Participate in on-call emergency maintenance response.
• Maintain safety and appearance standards throughout the community.
