Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking an on-site Maintenance Technician to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring building systems and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, making-ready tasks for new residents, inventory management, and routine property inspections. A $500 sign-on bonus is offered and EPA refrigerant certifications are required.

Qualifications

• EPA refrigerant certifications Type 1 and II or Universal are required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property depending on property size.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance by diagnosing defects, making repairs per policies and safety standards.
• Completes the make-ready process to prepare vacant homes for leasing, including pre-move-out inspections and coordinating vendors and materials.
• Follows procedures to obtain materials, tracks inventory, and notifies supervisor about re-ordering needs.
• Completes documentation to document and track service requests.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities by cleaning, painting curbs and signage, and debris removal.
• Supports cost-control by repairing parts instead of replacing when possible and using tools and materials efficiently.

Education

EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling
