Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Maintenance Technician to ensure the physical aspects of the property meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and functionality in Nashville, TN. The role includes on-site work, an on-call schedule, and a $1,500 sign-on bonus after 120 days of employment.

You will handle work orders, make-ready tasks for new move-ins, inventory management, documentation, grounds maintenance, and safety compliance.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling are required (applies to Certified Service Technicians).
• All certifications as required by State and Local jurisdictions.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders from resident requests and performs preventative maintenance.
• Prepares vacant units for leasing through the make-ready process and coordinates vendors as needed.
• Manages materials from the maintenance department, tracks inventory, and communicates re-order needs.
• Documents service requests promptly and accurately for tracking.
• Maintains grounds and common areas, performs cleaning and painting as required.
• Supports cost-control by repairing rather than replacing parts when feasible.
