Job summary

Greystar Worldwide, LLC is seeking a Service Technician to perform technical and mechanical tasks ensuring buildings and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, appearance, safety, and functionality.

Responsibilities include completing work orders, performing make-ready tasks for vacancies, inventory management, and assisting with grounds and amenities maintenance. The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and adherence to OSHA safety policies.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property, if applicable.
• State and local jurisdiction certifications as required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects from service requests and preventative maintenance.
• Complete make-ready tasks for vacant units and coordinate with vendors as needed.
• Track materials, tools, and inventory; notify supervisor on re-ordering needs.
