Greystar, Diamond Rock Rentals in Spokane Valley, WA, seeks an experienced Maintenance Technician to join our team. You will perform repairs, preventative maintenance, and make-ready tasks to prepare apartments for new residents.

You will maintain the property, assist with vendor coordination, and ensure safety and quality standards are met. EPA certifications and a valid license are required, with flexible schedule and competitive pay.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of safe use of hand and power tools and mechanical equipment.
• EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property.
• High level of professionalism and strong communication skills.
• MS Office proficiency for documentation and reporting.

Responsabilités

• Complete work orders from resident requests and preventative maintenance.
• Perform make-ready tasks to prepare vacant apartments for leasing.
• Maintain exterior areas, common spaces, and amenities.
• Assist in vendor management and material inventory.
• Document work performed accurately and timely.
