Job summary

Greystar is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician for Diamond Rock Rentals. This role performs technical and mechanical work to ensure the buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet the company’s standards for safety, cleanliness, and overall functionality.

Qualifications

• Experience with painting, entry level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• Knowledge of safe use and maintenance of hand tools and power tools.
• Professional demeanor with strong communication skills and ability to read/write clearly.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs promptly.
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins using the make-ready process.
• Maintain exterior grounds, common areas, and amenities.
• Assist with vendor management and inventory control.
• Document work orders and safety compliance.
• Flexible schedule and potential travel as needed.
