Greystar's Museum House in Seattle's First Hill is hiring a Senior Maintenance Technician. You will perform technical and mechanical work to keep the property safe, clean, and fully functional, handling resident requests, make-ready tasks, and routine inspections across buildings and amenities.

Ideal candidates bring experience with hand and power tools, basic carpentry, appliance repair, and plumbing, plus EPA Type 1/II or Universal refrigerant certifications and a valid driver's license.

Qualifications

• Experience in maintenance and repairs on appliances and building systems.
• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Strong professionalism and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service requests and repairs promptly.
• Prepare apartments for new move-ins via make-ready process.
• Maintain cleanliness of exterior buildings and parking areas.
• Assist with vendor management and other duties.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections of equipment.
• Document work orders and maintain inventory.
• Follow safety policies and procedures.
