Greystar’s Cru at Willows in Redmond, WA is seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician. You will perform technical and mechanical work to keep buildings, grounds, and amenities clean, safe, and functioning, handling resident service requests and repairs including appliances.

Formación

• Knowledgeable in safe use and maintenance of hand tools, power tools, and mechanical equipment.
• Experience with painting, entry level carpentry, appliance repair, and basic plumbing.
• High level of professionalism in both manner and dress; excellent written and verbal communication.
• Proficient in MS Office Suite.

Responsabilidades

• Completes assigned work orders generated from resident requests for service and preventative maintenance.
• Completes the “make-ready” process to prepare vacant apartment homes for leasing and new move-ins, including inspections and scheduling vendors.
• Follows procedures for obtaining materials and returning unused items, and notifies supervision about re-ordering needs.
• Completes documentation and paperwork for service requests to ensure proper tracking.
• Maintains grounds, common areas, and amenities, including painting curbs and signage as needed.
• Supports cost-cutting by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible and using tools correctly.
