Job summary

Asset Living in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking an Affordable Housing Maintenance Technician to support an affordable housing community. The role covers corrective, preventative, routine, emergency, and cosmetic maintenance under supervision, including make-ready tasks.

You will respond to resident requests, maintain common areas, perform pool maintenance, and uphold safety standards. Requires a high school diploma; basic on-site software knowledge; Fair Housing Laws and OSHA familiarity; on-call

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Basic computer skills to operate on-site software.
• Knowledge of Fair Housing Laws and OSHA requirements.

Responsibilities

• Respond to resident/management requests and work orders in a timely manner.
• Assist with maintenance/repair-related turn events.
• Maintain the exterior and common areas of the community.
• Perform pool maintenance and log chemical records.
• Inspect and maintain safety and cleanliness of buildings and grounds.
