Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is hiring a maintenance technician for an on-site role at the Lincoln Embassy Suites in Lincoln, NE. You will perform scheduled maintenance and address work orders to keep guest rooms and facilities in top condition.

Responsibilities include repairing electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems; maintaining pools and chemicals; fixing furniture and equipment; and seasonal landscaping and groundskeeping.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
