Job summary

Reno Ramada - Atrium Hospitality in Reno, NV is seeking a full-time Maintenance Technician to keep guest rooms and public areas in excellent condition. You will perform preventative maintenance, document work orders, and address basic electrical, HVAC and plumbing issues to ensure a smooth guest experience.

The role includes pool system upkeep, furniture repair, seasonal landscaping, and safe operation of hand tools and power equipment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience; hotel maintenance preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Bend, squat, walk and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures and hotel equipment; perform landscaping and groundskeeping.

Job Description
