Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician for Reno Ramada to perform preventative maintenance on guest rooms and public areas. You will document work orders, troubleshoot minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems, and ensure pool systems and chemicals are properly managed.

The role requires lifting 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally, with the ability to stand and move for extended periods. Prior hotel maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.
