Job summary

Franklin Embassy Suites, part of Atrium Hospitality, is seeking a full-time maintenance technician in Franklin, TN to perform preventative maintenance, complete work orders, and assist with basic repairs around the property. You will also maintain pool systems, repair hotel equipment, and support seasonal landscaping duties.

A minimum of 6 months general maintenance experience is required, with the ability to lift 25 lb regularly and 50 lb occasionally; certifications in HVAC/electrical/plumbing

• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment

Compensation Range : $21.00 - $22.05 per hour
