Frisco Embassy Suites - Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician to perform preventative maintenance across guest rooms and common areas, document work orders, and keep systems running smoothly.

The role requires 6 months of general maintenance, the ability to lift 25 lb regularly and 50 lb occasionally, and basic HVAC, electrical, or plumbing know-how. Certification a plus; customer-focused team environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
