Job summary

Atrium Hospitality is seeking a Maintenance Technician for the Frisco Embassy Suites in Frisco, TX. This full-time role focuses on preventative maintenance, guest room care, and repairs to keep rooms and facilities running smoothly.

The ideal candidate has at least 6 months of general maintenance experience (hotel experience preferred), can lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally, and may have HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certifications.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience.
• Hotel maintenance experience is preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment
