Job summary

Franklin Embassy Suites - Atrium Hospitality in Franklin, TN seeks a full-time Maintenance Technician to perform scheduled preventative maintenance, repair minor electrical/HVAC/plumbing issues, and maintain pool systems and equipment. You will document work orders and keep guest areas safe and clean.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment.

Franklin Embassy Suites 820 Crescent Centre Drive Franklin, TN 37067 Full time Compensation Range : $21.00 - $22.05 per hour
