Job summary

Atrium Hospitality in Seaside, CA is hiring a Full-Time Maintenance Technician to support hotel operations. You will perform preventative maintenance, complete work orders, and troubleshoot HVAC, electrical, and plumbing systems to ensure guest comfort and safety.

Ideal candidates have at least 6 months of general maintenance experience, the ability to lift 25 lbs regularly, and a willingness to learn. Atrium offers growth opportunities, paid time off, health coverage, and employee discounts.

• Hotel maintenance experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care.
• Complete and document guest and associate work orders.
• Troubleshoot and repair minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing systems.
• Maintain, clean, and adjust pool systems and chemicals.
• Repair furniture, fixtures, and hotel equipment such as laundry, kitchen, and small appliances.
• Perform seasonal landscaping, groundskeeping, and trash removal duties.
• Operate and maintain hand tools and power equipment

  What We Are Looking For:

  • Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred
  • Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally
  • Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods
  • HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus
