Job summary

Omaha Embassy Suites in Omaha, NE is seeking a part-time Maintenance Associate to perform scheduled preventative maintenance, document guest and associate work orders, and troubleshoot minor electrical, HVAC, and plumbing issues. You will maintain pool systems, repair furniture and hotel equipment, handle seasonal landscaping, and operate hand tools and power equipment.

Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience is required; hotel maintenance experience is preferred.

Qualifications

• Minimum 6 months of general maintenance experience required; hotel maintenance experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 25 lbs regularly and 50 lbs occasionally.
• Ability to bend, squat, walk, and stand for extended periods.
• HVAC, electrical, or plumbing certification a plus.

• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance tasks, including guest room care
