Job summary

suncoastsl is looking for a full-time Maintenance Technician in California, Missouri. You will coordinate maintenance duties and respond to emergency repairs to ensure a safe and orderly community.

The ideal candidate must maintain a positive attitude and assist in both routine and emergency maintenance tasks. A high school diploma or GED is required, along with the ability to perform physical tasks involving lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• Ability to read and interpret safety rules and manuals.
• Experience in maintenance tasks, ideally with one to two years in a related role.
• Physical ability to lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Assist in coordinating maintenance duties for a safe and attractive community.
• React to and lead emergency repairs.
• Perform daily walk-arounds to ensure maintenance standards.
• Transport residents when necessary and maintain a positive attitude.
