The role also covers making vacant units ready for leasing, creating punch lists, coordinating vendors, obtaining supplies, inspecting work, and ensuring proper documentation and timely reporting to management.

Responsibilities

• Complete resident service work orders and preventive maintenance by diagnosing defects and performing repairs per safety standards and code requirements.
• Finish the make-ready process for vacant apartments, create punch lists, schedule vendors, obtain supplies, and inspect completed work.
• Follow procedures to access materials, track inventory, and report reorder needs to maintenance supervisor.
