Job summary

Responsibilities

• Perform routine and preventive maintenance on property facilities.
• Diagnose and repair defects following safety standards and code requirements.
• Complete make-ready inspections and coordinate vendor work for vacant units.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting as needed.
• Document work orders and update records in a timely, accurate fashion.
• Follow safety policies and participate in safety meetings.
• Occasionally travel to assist other properties or attend trainings.
• Work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends and holidays.
