Greystar is seeking a property maintenance technician in Huntsville, TX to perform technical and mechanical work ensuring buildings, grounds, amenities, and common areas meet company standards for cleanliness, safety, and overall functionality.

The role handles work orders, preventative maintenance, and the make‑ready process for vacant units, while documenting tasks and assisting with grounds upkeep. EPA refrigerant certifications and a valid driver’s license are required.

Qualifications

• EPA certifications Type 1 and II or Universal for refrigerant recycling.
• State and Local certifications as required for the role.
• Valid driver’s license to operate a golf cart on property where applicable.

Responsibilities

• Completes assigned work orders and preventative maintenance per policies and safety standards.
• Completes the make‑ready process for vacant apartment homes, including inspections and scheduling tasks.
• Tracks inventory, accesses materials from maintenance, and notifies supervisor to reorder supplies.
