Job summary

Greystar seeks a skilled Maintenance Technician to service our properties in Houston. You will diagnose and repair systems, perform make‑ready tasks for move‑ins, and maintain grounds and amenities to meet Greystar standards.

The role requires EPA refrigerant certifications, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings or weekends as needed. Prior experience in residential maintenance is preferred.

Qualifications

• Experience maintaining residential property facilities.
• EPA refrigerant certifications are required for technicians.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair building systems and equipment.
• Prepare units for move-ins and conduct punch lists.
• Inspect materials and manage inventory with supervisor.
