Job summary

Greystar in Panama City Beach, FL is seeking a Maintenance Technician to service and repair building systems, fixtures, and common areas. You will diagnose, repair, and maintain units and property equipment while following safety policies and code requirements.

The role requires EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certifications, a valid driver's license for on-site golf cart operation, and flexibility for on-call hours.

Qualifications

• EPA Type 1 and II or Universal refrigerant certification required.
• Valid driver's license to operate golf carts on property.
• Must meet state and local certification requirements.
• On-site work in Panama City Beach, FL.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair defects in units and property systems per policy and safety standards.
• Complete make-ready process for vacant apartments per pre-move-out inspection and punch list.
• Track materials, order supplies, and document maintenance work.
• Maintain grounds and common areas, including cleaning and painting as required.
• Assist cost-control by fixing rather than replacing parts when possible.
