Ideal candidates have a High School diploma or equivalent and OSHA 10 certification.

Responsibilities

• Tackle maintenance requests across multiple trades in single-family homes.

• Conduct ProCare visits to perform routine maintenance and repairs.
• Educate residents on maintenance topics and safety practices.
• Perform property condition assessments and flag urgent needs to management.
• Repair vacant properties during turnover and ensure items are addressed before showings.
