Job summary

• Ability to read policies and SDS, PPE knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances.
• Completes service requests and ensures rent-ready apartments in a timely manner.
• Performs preventative maintenance and supports safety compliance.
• Assists with painting and other general maintenance tasks.
