Job summary

Vivmark Residential in Lewisville, TX is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to advance our maintenance program. You will diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and major appliances, while completing service requests promptly and keeping apartments rent-ready.

You should have 2-3 years in maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and be comfortable with on-call rotation. The role emphasizes safety, resident service, and hands-on problem solving.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing and electrical work.
• Ability to operate with a high standard of safety and procedure compliance.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to communicate with residents and team members effectively.
• Familiarity with SDS, PPE usage, and hazard communication policies.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and other systems.
• Complete service requests and repairs promptly per standards.
• Ensure vacant apartments are rent-ready in a timely manner.
• Perform preventative maintenance and assist in painting.
• Maintain a culture of safety and report unsafe conditions.
• Handle hot works, including brazing, soldering, and welding as required.
