Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician to elevate our upkeep of apartment communities. You will diagnose and fix issues across HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and appliances, ensuring timely repairs and rent-ready turnover.

The role emphasizes safety and quality as part of a collaborative team. Candidates should have 2-3 years in maintenance, a valid driver’s license, and be able to participate in a rotating on-call schedule.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of experience in maintenance work, including HVAC, plumbing, electrical, and general repairs.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work in a rotating on-call schedule.
• Ability to read policies and procedures including safety and maintenance docs.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and more.
• Completes service requests and repairs timely.
• Ensures vacant homes are rent-ready promptly.
• Performs preventative maintenance.
• Assists in painting interior and exterior surfaces.
• Maintains safety culture and follows Vivmark safety policies.
• Performs hot works (brazing/soldering/welding) per standards.
