Job summary

Vivmark Residential is seeking a Maintenance Technician II to diagnose and repair HVAC, electrical, plumbing, and related systems within our apartment communities. You will complete service requests, ensure units are rent-ready, and perform preventative maintenance while upholding safety standards.

The role requires 2–3 years of maintenance experience, a valid driver's license, and flexibility for on-call shifts.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of maintenance experience, HVAC, plumbing, electrical work.
• Valid driver's license.
• Ability to work on-call rotation monthly.
• Strong communication with residents and teamwork.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs problems in HVAC, electrical, plumbing, major appliances, carpentry, and related systems.
• Completes assigned service requests and repairs in a timely manner.
• Ensures vacant apartment homes are rent-ready promptly.
• Performs apartment preventative maintenance.
• Maintains safety culture by following policies and reporting hazards.
• Performs hot works per Vivmark's standards.
