Qualifications

• 2-3 years of maintenance experience including HVAC, plumbing and electrical.
• Valid driver’s license.
• Ability to work on-call rotations and provide good customer service.
• Ability to read policies and SDS safety information.
• Knowledge of PPE and safety practices.
• Basic understanding of emergency systems and paint basics.

Responsibilities

• Diagnoses and repairs HVAC, electrical, plumbing, appliances, and related systems.
• Complete service requests promptly and safely.
• Ensure vacant units are rent-ready and perform turnkey work.
• Conduct preventive maintenance on apartment homes.
• Assist in interior and exterior painting as needed.
• Maintain safety culture and follow Vivmark policies.
• Perform hot works (braze, solder, weld) per standards.
