Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a maintenance technician to set up, adjust, perform preventive maintenance, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain equipment for production and quality.

Under limited supervision, you will service conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary systems, document work in CMMS, and participate in safety procedures while supporting downtime analysis and continuous improvements.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
• Associates degree in Mechatronics or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment.
• Troubleshoot and repair out-of-service equipment; escalate to leadership as needed.
• Document all work in CMMS and maintain accurate operation logs.
• Perform root cause analysis of major downtime events.
• Assist maintenance on two-person or larger tasks and facility-building projects.
• Assemble and test equipment to verify operation and analyze production delays.
