Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a maintenance technician to perform preventive maintenance, troubleshooting, and repairs on conveyors, automation and robotics equipment. Responsibilities include documenting in CMMS, analyzing downtime and assisting with facility projects.

Candidates must have a high school diploma and 3 years of related experience, withability to travel up to 10% and lift up to 75 lbs. Ideal candidates may hold an Associates degree in Mechatronics or related field and have

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
Fundamental understanding of machinery/equipment.
Basic skill in multiple computer software packages including Microsoft Excel.
Experience with inputs/outputs and PLC logic systems; willingness to travel up to 10%.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment.
Troubleshoot and escalate issues; document maintenance in CMMS and logs.
Analyze downtime and root cause; assist with building projects and equipment assembly.
Test equipment to verify operation and track production delays.
Ensure safety procedures and PPE compliance.
