Job summary

Medline Industries, LP is seeking a maintenance technician to set up, troubleshoot, repair, and maintain automated equipment in a production environment. You will perform preventive maintenance, document activities, and analyze downtime to improve reliability.

The role requires 3 years of repair/maintenance experience with conveyors, automation, or robotics, and travel up to 10% as needed. Associates degree in a related field is preferred, along with proficiency in Excel and CMMS.

Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent.
3 years of experience with conveyor, automation, or robotics equipment repair and maintenance.
Experience with inputs/outputs and PLC logic systems.

Responsibilities

Perform preventive maintenance and routine inspections on conveyors, automation, robotics and ancillary equipment.
Troubleshoot and correct issues; escalate to leadership as needed.
Document all work in CMMS and maintain logs for fire pumps, generators, HVAC and other systems.
Perform root cause analysis of major downtime events.
Assist maintenance mechanics as needed and participate in facility projects.
Assemble and test equipment to verify operation and production.
Record production delays and initiate corrective actions.
Ensure safety procedures and PPE usage are followed.
